If this is your first time attending SCRC (regardless of having attended other regional conferences or conventions) you can receive a $100 rebate mailed to you after the conference. Register for the regular conference package valued at $395 or more to receive the rebate. Don't forget to indicate on the registration form that you are a first-timer.

* CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation received before Feb. 19th (2 weeks prior) - 100% refund of fees paid.
- Cancellation received by Feb. 26th (1 week prior) - 50% refund of fees paid.
- Cancellation received within 1 week of the seminar start - There is no refund.
The SCRC board has the power to make exceptions to this policy for exigent circumstances.
