- Registration for conference includes meal package
- Meal package includes Wed. cocktail reception, Thurs. lunch, Fri. Banquet, all breaks, all breakfasts;
- A meals-only Guest registration is available. ‘Guests’ are non-technicians wishing to share meals with the group, but will not attend classes.
- Separate hotel reservations are due by February 9th to guarantee room.
Again this year we are offering the all-day class as a stand-alone day that does not require the full Thur-Sat registration.

* CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation received before Feb. 19th (2 weeks prior) - 100% refund of fees paid.
- Cancellation received by Feb. 26th (1 week prior) - 50% refund of fees paid.
- Cancellation received within 1 week of the seminar start - There is no refund.
The SCRC board has the power to make exceptions to this policy for exigent circumstances.
